If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. However we want you to understand that it is your health and it is your responsibility to take care of it and Dr. Sinclair will never sacrifice your health and what your body needs to get well based on what your insurance company will or will not pay. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. We also offer no interest financing to make the care that you need, affordable for your budget. We will never turn anyone away because of their ability to pay for services rendered. We do have very strict guidelines set by the U.S. Gov't that must be followed in order to offer this to the public.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. We do not charge a fee or missing an appointment or for not giving sufficient notice that you will miss that appointment but we do ask that if you know you cant make it to please let us know so that we may give that appointment time to another person.
